On-call HR is a full-service Human Resources Consulting Firm in business since 2017.

We specialize in legal compliance, creating HR infrastructure, and providing HR services for single-state and multi-state employers. We also provide limited engagement work with larger employers looking to improve upon their existing HR function.

 

We generally work with employers that are at the start-up phase on up to companies as large as 1,500 employees; however, we do work with employers as large as 7,000 employees from time to time.
